I love to cook for my family and many of my girlfriends actually brag about the best immersion blender  they have ever bought.

I of course being doubting Thomas had to go out on the web and search for myself and figure out what truly is the blender to buy.

Cuisinart was obviously one of the leaders int the industry.    So Cuisinart CSB-77  Hand Blender comes with  Chopper Attachments and really works great for cutting up strawberries or blueberries for morning meals and even shakes.  I have to admit I do take this to work so I can go in the cafe and use it to break down frozen fruit I bring in for my protein shakes. It looks stupid but man does it work awesome!

Now the Another blender called the  DeLonghi Hand Blender can also crush frozen fruits and vegetables. I have not used it but it is worth looking into if you think you would like it or have any friends that recommend it.

So, I was out at wal-mart this weekend and I wanted to purchase a new shaver.  There were so many dang options out there that I had not idea which one was the best. This shaver has 13,000 rpm cycles, 30-Degree Stainless Nanotech Blades, it’s a wet dry razor and it has a self cleaning system.

For me the self cleaning system is a big deal for me. I like to be able to put the razor in the cradle and and let that system clean the shaver while I head to work.

Recently, my girlfriend and I were looking to step up our healthy living style and start blending up more salads and vegetables in our meals.

So, we went on a search looking for the various food processor brands and we came up with the following companies to look at:

1. Cuisinart

2. Breville

3. Kitchenaid

When we were searching for the best food processor we wanted to make sure it had plenty of power, it had a large capacity to fit a lot of fruit in, we wanted to make sure there were plenty of accessories for it so we would have options to mix things up differently, the feed tube was large enough to fit any chuck of vegetables in and lastly that the reviews we found were all positive.

We came up with the following top 3 blenders:

2. The Breville BFP800XL Sous Chef Food Processor

  • 9 cups

 

The one we actually went wtih was the Breville 800. It really lives up to its name, we are mixing up awesome fruit salads and storing them up for the week in our plastic containers.

The one complaint that I do have is that it is loud. So, it is something you wouldn’t want to do in the morning.   When they say it has 1200 watts of power man are they not freaking kidding!
